Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept the following debit/credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Your payment is automatically processed at time of sale.

Where is my refund?

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at misguidedminiatures@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to me. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to me before getting in touch about your refund. I’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

You will get an automatic email when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at misguidedminiatures@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. After that you will receive an update when your order has shipped along with a tracking number. 

Why has my order been canceled?

I typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked me to cancel. Please accept my apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem on my end. I’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when I start processing it. If you contact me straight away after ordering, via misguidedminiatures@gmail.com, I may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, I'll despatch your order and then you can return it to me if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, I am unable to modify your order once I’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

3D Printed products have an expected processing time of 2- 10 business days depending on order size unless otherwise stated on product page. If I believe your order will take longer than 10 business days I will notify via email an estimated time of completion.

Orders will be delivered within three to twelve days unless otherwise stated. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and I will check your order status. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently I can only offer shipping within the United States, I look to expand internationally in the future. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve ordered, where you are located, and if you request expedited shipping. All shipping costs are calcuated at checkout. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. I’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you absolutely can, I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied with any or all models for any reason you can request a refund and I will send a prepaid shipping label to return the item and you will receive a 100% refund. This is my risk free 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee or you money back policy for miniatures. Should this policy be abused by any one individual they will not be able to purchase additional miniatures in the future.

I offer full refunds on damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. If these apply just contact me within 14 days from date of receipt of items to receive a full refund on the price of the item or replacement if available. I will pay for return shipping and send you a return shipping label to use.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For refunds on orders that haven't started fulfillment yet I will refund 100%. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
